Situated on at the Eaves, the therapy room located on Railton Road in Stoughton, Guildford. There is free on street parking nearby and limited parking outside the building. The Eaves is a 10 minute drive, or 20 minute bus journey, from Guildford town Centre.

Length of Therapy
Standard counselling and psychotherapy sessions last for 50 minutes and are scheduled for the same time each week- however, there may be limited flexibility available for those who have difficulties with being available at the same time slot. Diary permitting, sometime clients prefer to take 90-minute sessions (or longer) for deeper trauma processing work- this is not a requirement of therapy. I offer both short-term and long-term/open-ended sessions, which is to be discussed at the first appointment.
As with most therapists, I work on a contractual basis and there is a full fee charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment and a £40 fee for cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice. It is a weekly rolling contract, meaning there is no set time frame, or fixed number of session on my side. You decide when you feel you have healed enough and give a minimum of one week’s notice.
Payment Options
The first appointment is paid via bank transfer upon booking the appointment. Subsequently, payments can be made by bank transfer or cash as I no longer accept card payments. Bank transfers are due the day prior to the session.
I occasionally offer limited concessions for trainee therapists and those who are in financial difficulties; this is to be negotiated prior to the Initial consultation.
Covered By Health Insurance?
I am a registered practitioner with BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva, Cigna, Allianz Worldwide Care, Healix and Vitality Health who I can Invoice directly if you are covered for my services. I can also provide invoices for those who are covered by other health insurance providers for you to claim back the fees -please check with your individual insurance provider as each company works differently.
