Everything starts with a free 20-minute phone call. There is no charge for it and no obligation to book anything afterwards. It is a chance for you to say what has brought you, ask whatever you want to ask, and get a sense of whether I am someone you could talk to.

What to expect when you get in touch
- I will usually reply within one working day.
- The first conversation is a phone call of about 20 minutes, at no cost.
- If we go ahead, we book a first session at a time that works for both of us.
- If I am not the right fit, I will say so and point you somewhere more useful.
Fees and insurance
Sessions range from £65 online to £90 in Guildford, and I work on a sliding scale based on income. Full details are on the fees and locations page.
I am also recognised by BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva, Cigna, Allianz Worldwide Care, Healix, and Vitality Health.
A note on urgent situations
I am not an emergency service and I do not monitor messages overnight or at weekends.
